  • Do you accept returns/exchanges? 

We accept returns of unused products for a refund within 30 days of purchase.

You will be refunded for the amount paid excluding shipping charges. You will be responsible for the shipping return fee.

Please include a copy of the receipt. All refunds will be returned to the original form of payment. If a product is damaged, please reach out to info@nicksseasonaldecor.com with photos of damaged items. 

We do not accept exchanges.  Items must be sent for return and a new order must be placed. 

  • Where can I purchase finished designs?

All finished designs and creations can be purchased through our Etsy shop here!

  • Do you ship internationally?

YES! We now ship worldwide. For our international customers, duties and taxes must be paid during checkout and will be included in shipping price. 

  • Where is my package?

 When a label is created for your order, our system will automatically send a shipping notification via email. If you would like to track you order, simply click the link within the email. If you can't find your shipping notification, you can search it in your email inbox. Please refrain from sending emails or texts requesting tracking. 

  • My package is delayed, can you help me?

Unfortunately when a package leaves our facility, it is out of our control. We recommend monitoring the tracking number for real-time updates with your order. Please reach out to the corresponding shipping carrier for any questions or concerns as they will be able to better assist you. 

  • Can I add to an existing order?
Unfortunately our system does not allow us to add to existing orders. If your order has not been boxed and shipped out, we will certainly combine multiple orders. However, for both your convenience as well as ours, please double check your order thoroughly before finalization. 

 

As a friendly reminder, our free shipping is for continental U.S. states only. Orders over $119.00 are eligible. Please double check your orders for accuracy before finalization. We will not refund shipping costs if you do not meet this threshold. 

Please avoid choosing "Warehouse Pickup" if you are unable to pickup at our facility. Our facility is located in Kingston, NH. If you are not local, we will cancel your order.
